Elevate your career as a Senior Business Planning Manager in EMEA, based in Dubai (preferred) or flexible in Europe. Lead cross-functional teams, optimize planning platforms, and shape strategic decisions to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and seamless alignment between Commercials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams for Regional S&OP, coordinating with Regional Demand Planning, Customer Experience, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, PLM management and Sales.
- Develop, manage and monitor the planning platform that enable sustainable, on time and cost efficient delivery to our customers while optimizing the balance between service, inventory, cost and use of capacity.
- Ensure timely execution of IBP process along with resulting action plans for continuous improvement at the Regional levels.
- Intervene to leverage the relation with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercials by defining proper scenarios and its evaluation for resolution of supply issues in the S&OP process.
- Responsible to shape and ensure undisrupted, resilient and cost-effective demand vs supply for EG sales & Internal use and Co-owner of Key Performance Indicators (OTIF, MOH, Inventory, etc.)
- Ensure the ownership of Senior Executives, fostering alignment between Commercials, Supply Chain (SC) and Manufacturing in all decisions related to service, inventory, and SC costs.

You bring
- A minimum of Master’s degree majoring in business or engineering, 10+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain, including 5+ years of tangible experience in implementing S&OP processes and tools (Integrated Business Planning or similar)
- Great problem solving, ample experience in Planning within a fast-paced / high number of materials environment and high level of autonomy
- Experience with SAP and APO, Kinaxis is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills. Power BI is a plus.
- Proficient in oral and written English. French is a plus.
- Strong capability for leading multicultural teams in a multinational environment
- High level communications as this role will interact with senior management
