About the Team:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Project team member to manage and coordinate cross-functional initiatives related to the Business Development (BD) team. You will act as the main point of coordination between BD and various departments including Operations, Budget, Marketing, and Driver teams to ensure project success. This role requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, along with a fundamental understanding of the food delivery industry.

Job Description:

  • Lead and coordinate BD-related projects across cross-functional teams (Operations, Budget, Marketing, Driver, etc.)
  • Develop clear project plans, including timelines, scope, resource requirements, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain project documentation such as workflows, process flowcharts, reports, SOPs, and user manuals
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Monitor project progress, flag risks, and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Actively manage ad-hoc tasks and resolve unexpected issues that may impact project timelines or quality
  • Consolidate updates from BD and other teams to ensure alignment and progress tracking
  • Analyze data using SQL to monitor project impact, performance, and merchant behavior
  • Present updates, risks, and outcomes to internal stakeholders in a clear and structured format
  • Ensure proper handover and sustainability of initiatives post-project completion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or business development
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of food delivery operations and BD functions
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL (basic required; advanced SQL is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to document processes and create structured project materials
  • Fluent in Thai with good English communication skills
