Description:Experienced International Trade Compliance (ITC) Engineer to support export/import activities at the Aeronautics business unit for all Programs. The successful candidate will:
research/interpret complex Government regulations such as the ITAR and EAR.
Position virtual but must be located in close proximity to a major Aeronautics LMC facility.
The successful candidate will be required to have a Secret Clearance within the first year of employment
Basic Qualifications:
International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations knowledge/experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Engineering knowledge/experience.
Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Team player with ability to work independently.
Ability to interpret requirements.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Proficient writing skills.
Decision maker.
High degree of motivation.
Demonstrate attention to detail.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Ability to travel as required.
Desired Skills:
Strong understanding of the USML and ECCN
Background in engineering
Project engineering/mgmt. experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
