As a member of our global IT Enterprise Applications OrderToCash team, you will be working on:

• Provision of global technical support for sales processes
• Planning and execution of maintenance and lifecycle activities (e.g. OSS Notes, early watch, Archiving etc.)
• Analysis and evaluation of user requirements
• Delivery and working in IT projects in the area of sales processes depending on skill level
• Assurance of service-oriented analysis, pre-qualification and fulfillment of incoming service requests, incidents, or fast-track demands
• Work in a global team for continuous further development of solutions and improvements
