Implementation & Support:
Customization & Optimization:
Customization & Optimization: · Customize SAP PP and QM modules to meet specific business needs. · Perform system enhancements and updates in line with business requirements. · Optimize production planning and quality management processes for better performance and efficiency. Testing & Documentation: · Develop test scripts, execute tests, and document results for SAP PP and QM modules. · Create and maintain project documentation (functional specifications, system design, etc.). · Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system readiness for production. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: · Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SD, WM, etc.) for seamless integration. · Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions that drive business value. · Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and understanding. Continuous Improvement: · Monitor SAP PP and QM system performance and suggest improvements. · Stay up-to-date with SAP best practices, new releases, and industry trends related to PP and QM.
Implementation & Support: · Lead the implementation of SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring solutions meet business requirements. · Collaborate with business users to define requirements and map them to SAP functionality. · Configure SAP PP and QM modules (Planning, Production Orders, Quality Inspections, etc.). · Conduct workshops and user training for end-users on SAP PP and QM processes. · Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues related to SAP PPQM.
