Northrop Grumman Advanced Weapons has an opening for a System Integration, Test & Evaluation IPT Lead (level 5) with an active clearance, to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is an on-site position located in Northridge, CA. There is no remote work.
As an integral part of our multi-discipline engineering team in Advanced Weapons, you will be the System Integration, Test & Evaluation (SIT&E) IPT Lead for our SiAW Program. As IPTL, you will be responsible for providing technical and operational leadership to the cross-functional organization across every aspect of day-to-day execution.
The individual, as part of the program leadership team, will have responsibility to assist in guiding all program activities related to design, development, and testing by focusing on delivering solutions, removing roadblocks, simplifying large, complex problems, and anticipating Customer needs to free up engineers to focus their time and attention on the technical problems they are best equipped to solve.
This position requires a combination of project management, process optimization, technical proficiency and execution skills. This role will drive communications and operations for the SIT&E team to keep the team informed and motivated, while prioritizing and supporting a healthy culture.
The SIT&E IPT Lead serves an integral role in cultivating the Customer relationship, actively managing team requirements, and fostering program and team culture. The position requires a high degree of collaboration skills with the ability to provide insight into the status of multiple efforts at various levels of leadership. This role will be a trusted advisor and thought partner to design leadership in crafting the strategy, vision and detailed plan to verify/qualify the system.
The individual will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence through mentorship, coaching, and influence.

Salary Range: $155,500.00 - $233,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
