Ardagh's Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing and engaging production employees to accomplish crew/plant objectives. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for results for all aspects of the crew operation and mechanical troubleshooting including, but not limited to the items listed in the purpose of the job.
Purpose:
To supervise and coordinate the activities of the production employees to meet/exceed location operating goalsefficiencies in the areas of OEE, Spoilage, Safety, Continuous Improvements, Cost Reduction and Quality.
