Job Description:
This position aims to handle the routine structural issues found during the Parking & Storage as well as future C check, including but not limited sheet metal and composite related repairs.
ACCOUNTABILITY
1.Participate in the drawing up and scheduling of operations
2.Participate in the drawing up of quotation requests (re-invoicing and/or additional requests)
3.Participate in customer progress meetings at the Project Manager's request and participate in the progress of work to ensure that deadlines are met.
4.Identify the required resources and skills and develop versatility and assist the team leader when needed
5.Raise the awareness of employees and third parties to ensure that health and safety standards are understood and included in work practices
6.Identify the main focus of technical improvements of production staff
7.Advise and pass on knowledge to production staff
8.Follow up the execution plans sent by the Project Manager (rates, delivery deadlines)
9.Assist the Project Manager in negotiating technical points with the customer as required.
10.Provide technical solutions in line with their skills/experience
11.Report any nonconformities observed (NRC), and propose technical solutions in accordance with the manufacturer's documentation in agreement with the Team Leader
12.Ensure proper follow-up of working documents (including signing and approving of tasks carried out)
13.Ensure that human resources, skills and versatility are tailored to needs
14.Ensure that all maintenance/storage/recycling activities, including the correction of defects, are performed in accordance with approved data and in compliance with the organisation's procedures, CAAC/EASA rules and requirements
15.Check the closing of the area and assembly and inspect the aircraft before departure
16.Carry out tasks of all specialities to support production teams when needed (activity peak, additional experience in the field, etc.)
17.Draw up fault and incident reports.
18.Finish the structure defects(Carry out sheet metal repair and modification, routine system work, technical and quality support for team leader, supervise the tasks carried out by mechanics, nice to have composite repair and modification), handling or repair during the maintenance activity.
19.Take decisions and initiatives, coordinate and ensure the application of legislative, regulatory and contractual provisions.
20.Other tasks assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION: with Aeronautical vocational diploma, or equivalent degree, in mechanical, automation or aircraft maintenance related major.
EXPERIENCE: _8__ year experience in structural repair domain.
CERTIFICATION: Civil Aviation Administration of China Part-66 TA licence
LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Be able to look through the SRM, CMM, IPC on airbus world and my Boeing fleet. Also be able to have enough skills to perform the work even in locations difficult to access.
