About the Team/ Role

WEX Europe Ltd are the owner of the Esso Card Fuel Card Portfolio, and with offices across Europe and the US are one of the Europe’s largest providers of fuel cards. WEX Europe Ltd is a leading and growing global provider of payment processing, information management and fleet card payment solutions.

This is a fantastic new opening for an enthusiastic Senior Relationship Manager to join an ambitious, rapidly expanding organization. We are looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager, with the ability to develop and grow excellent relationships with new and existing clients, working with a pan-European team of Senior Relationship Managers across our European business.

How you’ll make an impact

• Prospect potential B2B customers, including working with existing key customers
• Manage key accounts within our business – ensuring they are reaching target, overcoming any issues and X selling new WEX products
• Building a strong relationship with internal and external business partners
• Make accurate profitability estimation
• Negotiate & sign contracts – including producing tenders
• Regular contacts with key accounts
• Closely follow up portfolio evolution by using standard and tailor-made reports. Explain portfolio evolution to management
• Ensure new customers reach its volume commitments
• Support, promote and roll-out of marketing campaigns

Experience you’ll bring

• Previous experience in similar Senior Relationship / Account Manage position
• Working knowledge of the Mobility, Payments or Fintech industry
• Fully fluent in Dutch and English
• Strong Sales skills – including the ability to X sell to existing customers
• Pan European experience 
• Desire to continue learn and understand industry trends and markets
• Customer Minded
• Relationship builder and networker – both with internal and external customers
• Strong negotiation skills, true sales person
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financials ratios
• Computer skills; Excel, Word, SAP and Salesforce
• Experience of working on tenders
• Eagerness to talk with customers and understand their requirements
• Energetic and keen to help drive strategic plans to help grow WEX Europe Ltd.
