For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) - Robotic Surgery Platform in Global Marketing for the Robotic Surgery area.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for conducting market analyses, market observations, and competitive analyses
• You develop and implement strategies for the product portfolio and product positioning
• You create comprehensive business plans to support the product strategy
• You take on portfolio and lifecycle management in collaboration with R&D, production, quality management, Aesculap Technical Service, as well as interfaces to global sales, marketing, communications, local sales organizations, and SCM
• You are responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap
• As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), you work closely with clinical partners, customers, subsidiaries, distributors, and external development partners
• You develop training content and conduct international product training for customers and employees
• You identify customer requirements and derive product requirements

Professional Competencies:

• You have a degree in business administration or medical technology (DH, FH, or university)
• You have in-depth knowledge of the challenges in neurosurgery and spinal surgery and are able to master them professionally
• You have several years of professional experience (min. 5 years) in MedTech, marketing, and product management, preferably with a technical background
• You have a strong intrinsic motivation to understand the needs of customers and can communicate on an equal footing with surgical professionals
• You are proficient in using MS Office and have good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
