Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration Lead

• Please note: This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth office and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom office when needed.

What You’ll Do 

This role leads the strategic development and execution of our Enterprise Architecture & System Integration (EASI) team for our Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana (TOLA) market. We align business strategies with technology solutions that drive speed, quality and cost efficiency. We design complex enterprise platforms and processes that solve for Business, Application, Information, Technology and Security capabilities through standardized frameworks and methodologies. Domain specialties, include:

• Complex Solution Architecture
• Systems Integration Architecture
• Enterprise Architecture as a Business Discipline

The position requires collaboration with Client Outcomes leadership to adapt to market trends, oversee business development activities, manage recruitment and workforce planning, and ensure professional development, ultimately driving growth and achieving operational goals. A requirement of this role is to live within the country.

Capability Vision & Strategy 

• Leads the creation and execution of TOLA’s strategy with Go-to-Market teams (including client partners and sales), ensures measured progress towards goals & priorities in alignment to Slalom Technology Strategy team. 

Go to Market Approach 

• Individually, leverages own expertise to contribute written or verbal thought leadership (e.g. white papers, conference keynotes). 
• Partners with Customer Outcomes leadership to provide input on external market trends, tie to Slalom Capabilities, and correspondingly form, grow or sunset individual offerings and disciplines/specialties. 
• Drives EASI go-to-market offerings by directing the creation of methods and templates specific to delivering initiatives within scope of Discipline. 
• Strategically contributes toward curation and activation of Capability and multi-disciplinary Customer Outcomes. 

Business Development & Sales 

• Individually provides subject matter expertise and solutioning to our most strategic clients. 
• Creates the leadership team, go-to-market motion, and accountability where Capability leaders serve markets with the ability to drive and participate in solutioning for defined Capability area, both as Solution Leads and as SMEs. 
• Drive overall Discipline growth through management of pipeline and direction of business development activities across Capability leadership team. 
• Revenue Targets
• Senior Principal: $2.5 Million
• Director: $5 Million +

Resource Pipeline 

• Under direction of the Country Capability Lead, own hiring/recruiting strategy for Sub-Capability/Discipline. 
• Partners with geographic leadership (Country President, Region Presidents, Market Leaders) to conduct integrated workforce planning and identify skills/expertise needs. 
• Align demand to supply to direct recruitment efforts to support growth in areas of demand, with appropriate LCR:ABR. 

People Development 

• Define country level learning and development priorities, and make corresponding professional development investments. 
• Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and subject matter expertise for direct reports, create programming for broader practitioner experience. 
• Address people escalations in partnership with the People organization and Legal. 
• Partner with Talent team to manage the performance feedback process. 

Delivery Management 

• Individually builds and maintains key client/partner relationships (“My25”), leveraging Discipline expertise to bring client value. 
• Participate in complex deal QA process, demonstrating mastery in project delivery within domain of expertise to ensure successful outcomes. 
• Address delivery escalations in Capability discipline, both internally and client facing. 
• Utilization targets for this role will be: Senior Principal - 60% and Director 40% 

Financial Management 

• Leads the formation of the Country Discipline’s AOP per company planning cycle and contribute to Capability level AOP. 
• Manages business to achieve operational goals (e.g. blended utilization, cost to serve). 
• Grows business (resource revenue; resource headcount) in alignment to geo forecasting

• Domain Expert – 10+ years delivery experience and relevant certifications in Capability. Seen as a go-to or mentor by team members. 
• Innovator – Leads the creation of new offerings, accelerators or though leadership. 
• Track record in Sales – Builds a team that is credible and reliable in providing solutioning leadership for pursuits. Contributes to pursuits as a SME.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Senior Principal is $140,000-$217,000. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Director is $161,000-$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
