What You’ll Do
This role leads the strategic development and execution of our Enterprise Architecture & System Integration (EASI) team for our Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana (TOLA) market. We align business strategies with technology solutions that drive speed, quality and cost efficiency. We design complex enterprise platforms and processes that solve for Business, Application, Information, Technology and Security capabilities through standardized frameworks and methodologies. Domain specialties, include:
The position requires collaboration with Client Outcomes leadership to adapt to market trends, oversee business development activities, manage recruitment and workforce planning, and ensure professional development, ultimately driving growth and achieving operational goals. A requirement of this role is to live within the country.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Senior Principal is $140,000-$217,000. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Director is $161,000-$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
