About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to manage our GTM Strategy Analytics team. This team plays a critical role in supporting our revenue-generating business through data insights, performance reporting, and strategic analysis. As the Manager, you’ll oversee a team of analysts responsible for tracking key performance indicators, explaining trends, generating hypotheses, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the team provides actionable insights that are aligned with our business goals. You will also help shape the roadmap for monitoring and measuring success across our go-to-market efforts.

You thrive on turning data into strategy and are confident in addressing data-related inquiries to support informed business decisions. You're hands-on and ready to roll up your sleeves to dive into analytics work when needed. You excel at creating structure and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Comfortable with ambiguity, you proactively drive clarity and action. You also collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to help shape the direction of the business.
