Aufgaben

Job Responsibilities:

1. Authorization Design and Implementation:

  • Design, test, document, and implement authorization roles and objects within the S/4 HANA system.
  • Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and organizational security policies.

2. Role Administration:

  • Manage the creation, modification, and maintenance of master, derived, single, and composite roles.
  • Implement role changes and updates through change management processes.

3. Roles in SAP Fiori:

  • Design and implement Fiori roles, including catalogs, groups, OData services, tiles, apps, and enterprise search entities.
  • Maintain custom roles for Fiori tiles, apps, and services.

4. Security Workshops and Requirements Gathering:

  • Lead security workshops to gather business requirements and convert them into technical authorization matrices and security strategies.
  • Collaborate with business process owners, technical teams, and functional teams to understand security needs.

5. Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and resolve conflicts.
  • Implement mitigating controls to address SoD risks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute security test scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot authorization-related issues using tools like SU53, ST01, RSECADMIN, and STAUTHTRACE.

7. Integration with Other Systems:

  • Ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA with external systems such as SAP GRC, Hybris, Open Text, and ServiceNow.
  • Design security strategies for these integrations.

8. Documentation and Knowledge Management:

  • Maintain detailed documentation of authorization designs, roles, and security strategies.
  • Provide training and support to functional teams and business users on security best practices.

9. Team & Delivery Management:

  • Lead and manage authorization work packages within S/4 HANA projects. (Planning, cost, quality, resourcing, stake holder management etc.,)
  • Ensure timely delivery of authorization components across multiple projects.

Skills:

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP GRC, SAP Fiori, and SAP authorization tools. Experience working with authentication and authorization services.

2. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
