• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute the integration strategy aligned with the organization's SAP RISE roadmap and overall business objectives.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP integration technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Define and maintain the integration architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Team Management and Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of integration developers and specialists.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Manage resource allocation, project planning, and task assignment.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Integration Development and Operations:
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP CPI, PI/PO, and API management platforms.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of integration interfaces.
• Manage the integration lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Establish and maintain integration monitoring and alerting processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• API Management:
• Define and implement the organization's API strategy.
• Manage the API lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and security.
• Establish and enforce API governance policies and standards.
• Promote API adoption and reuse across the organization.
• SAP RISE Integration:
• Collaborate with the SAP RISE implementation team to ensure seamless integration of SAP cloud solutions with on-premise and third-party systems.
• Participate in the planning and execution of SAP RISE integration activities.
• Ensure compliance with SAP RISE integration best practices.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand integration requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on integration progress and issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP and other vendors.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architectures, designs, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards.

Technical Skill Set:

• SAP Integration Technologies:
• Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) including iFlow development, Groovy scripting, and adapter configuration.
• Extensive experience with SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO).
• Strong understanding of API management principles and technologies (e.g., SAP API Management, Apigee).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP services and integration capabilities.
• Experience with IDOCs, Proxies, and other SAP integration technologies.
• API Development and Management:
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of API security protocols (OAuth, SAML).
• Experience with API design and documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI).
• Cloud Technologies:
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Programming and Scripting:
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, and other data formats.
• Knowledge of ABAP is a plus.
• Database and Data Management:
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience with data mapping and transformation.
• SAP RISE Implementation:
• Familiarity with SAP RISE methodology and best practices.
