Biddable Media Planner (Search & Social)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Media Channel Planning: Work with a range of vendors and platforms to produce sophisticated search, social, and digital performance focused media plans, using research tools to prioritize and justify partner recommendations.

Digital Media Execution: Advanced use of digital, search and social media to reach and engage audiences, and tell stories across multiple channels. Hands-on planning, buying, and ongoing management of: search, social & digital 

Digital Partnership Innovation: With your strong search / social / and digital media chops and passion, help us crack innovation for our clients when working with publishers and other media companies.

Performance Media: Help Mekanism continue to define and deliver on Performance Media. Drive Performance Media innovation both internally at Mekanism and externally for our Clients.

Measurement and Analytics: Lead optimization and delivery against client KPIs. Readily dive into data to identify trends and insights, then apply them in the form of media and creative recommendations. 

Qualifications:

  • You must have 2+ years of experience with a media company or integrated agency, experience working for a performance agency is a plus 
  • You must have search and social planning and execution experience, including SEM, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter)
  • You must have a passion for creativity, and innovation
  • Ideally have experience working on a range of clients with both brand and performance media needs.
  • You must have experience developing plans for campaigns that push the limits of social, and digital marketing.
  • You must be comfortable working effectively across departments and be able to work directly with creative & planning teams. We blend teams across disciplines.
  • You should have strong client and vendor communication skills. This means you should like to, and be proficient at, presenting work and fielding client requests. 
  • Experience with SEM Rush, Commspoint, Comscore, Simmons/MRI, Kantar, Pathmatics, DoubleClick, and Google Analytics a plus

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
