Job Summary (purpose)

As the Web and CRM Manager reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Engagement, ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in leading Hill's AU and NZ CRM strategy, driving 1st party customer acquisition, and shaping the digital landscape for a globally recognised brand.

The perfect candidate has a strong track record of high achievement driving customer acquisition and engagement through CRM initiatives. 

Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and platforms to optimize the digital shelf 

And a passion for staying ahead of digital trends and implementing innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy Vision and Management:
  • Take ownership of the Hill's AU and NZ CRM strategy, contributing to the growth of our 1st party customer base.
  • Drive innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through CRM initiatives
  • Website Updates and Personalisation:
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Drive onsite personalisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) efforts to maximize user interactions and conversions.
  • Manage and report on “Where to buy” metrics and optimise customer’s journeys aligned with digital shelf KPIs
  • Content Syndication and Digital Shelf Metrics:
  • Manage content syndication across our partners, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage and report on digital shelf metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy execution and digital engagement.
  • Background in website updates, personalisation, and CRO.
  • Familiarity with content syndication and digital shelf metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • 2+ years digital marketing experience

Preferred Qualification:

  • CRM experience, build, deployment and reporting
  • Working knowledge of cheetah mail and SFMC
  • Web content, syndication and personalisation experience
