Your impact
We are seeking an experienced Principal Civil Engineer to join our Roads and Highways group in Wellington. This key leadership position will contribute to our growing portfolio of major transportation projects across Aotearoa and Australia, including significant upcoming projects in the Wellington region.
As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will balance technical oversight with strategic client relationship management across our transportation infrastructure portfolio. You'll be responsible for leading contract development and negotiations, overseeing project delivery and ensuring technical excellence in road design and highway engineering. An important aspect of your role will be mentoring and developing junior engineers while contributing to business development initiatives and proposal writing for transportation projects. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across the ANZ region to deliver innovative solutions for our roads and highways clients.
