Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and negotiate offers and service contracts
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Assess and analyze failures, resolving technical issues
  • Prepare inspection reports and post-repair documentation
  • Manage purchases and coordinate the delivery of components and auxiliary materials for services
  • Efficiently handle and resolve complaints
  • Technical clarifications with international suppliers and service providers
  • Supervise the commissioning and startup of equipment as well as the assembly and disassembly of seals at the customer’s site.
  • Document all service and installation actions and maintain documentation in the SAP ByD system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Preferably first technical knowledge of equipment such as pumps, mixers or compressors
  • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving and team collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in technical documentation.
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Driving license category B
  • Willingness to travel for business (up to 20%)
