Join our team as a Client Services Coordinator in Washington D.C.

The Colliers Government Solutions practice group is a national real estate brokerage team providing leasing services to owners and investors of federal government-leased properties nationwide. The group is based in Washington, DC and is searching for a new Client Services Coordinator.

Who you are

You enjoy working as part of a tightknit team in a fast-paced environment. You have a keen eye for detail, a self-starter with the ability to multitask amongst a wide variety of tasks. You aspire to become a resource who Colliers’ clients can rely upon for advice and guidance.

What you bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
  • At least 1-3 years in a similar role, assisting with transactions or market research or administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills, proof reading and multi-tasking skills.
  • Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with an array of personality types.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), other related graphics software programs.
  • Salesforce or related CRM experience.
  • Commercial real estate experience.
  • Government knowledge or background.

What success looks like

  • Assisting team members and clients in preparing lease offers to government agencies.
  • Tracking and summarizing new and on-going government real estate requirements.
  • Running a comprehensive database of government properties and leases.
  • Providing general administrative support through database management and CRM maintenance to include invoicing, financial tracking and reporting.
  • Creating a variety of presentation materials while also coordinating business content for proposals and ad hoc research projects.
  • Becoming a visible member of the team, participating in industry events, and interacting with clients.
  • Working in a collaborative environment.
