The Director, Human Capital & Time Management Applications oversees the operation and strategic planning of Human Capital and Time Management applications and ensures its enterprise applications and digital software packages align with the business objectives. This individual's principal goals are leadership in the design, definition and widely use of the applications that support and enhance the effectiveness of all the human capital and time management applications and aligning of the resources under their control to meet Health Systems goals. The Director, will plan, coordinate, and direct all activities related to the development and management of these applications that enhance operations, and associated back-office and financials applications. The Director will work closely with decision makers for the purpose to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions. This individual is also responsible for supporting and assisting in making sure new and innovative digital solutions support Keck Medicines business objectives. The candidate will oversee the Human Capital and Time Management Applications departments personnel and is a key participant in laying out a vision for additional solutions.

The annual base salary range for this position is $174,720.00 - $288,288.00.
