Description

The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards, in addition to overseeing daily processes and ensuring that operations from receipt to delivery run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibility will include; order processing, inventory management, import/export affairs, engaging with suppliers and forwarders.
 

Qualifications

Education - University Degree

Experience - At least 2 years s experience

 

Required Skill

Ability to analyze customer service needs.

Good command in English.

Preferred Skills - Possess good communication skills and demonstrate the ability to take initiative.
