The Integrated Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic media planning and execution to deliver impactful brand and business results.

Role Overview

This position leads the development of integrated media strategies across digital, traditional, and emerging channels, ensuring seamless execution and optimization to meet client objectives. The role also involves managing key client relationships, overseeing campaign performance, and mentoring a team of planners to enhance overall capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Media Planning

  • Develop and lead integrated media strategies that align with client business objectives, leveraging digital, traditional, and emerging media channels.
  • Serve as the key strategic advisor for clients, understanding their market challenges and providing data-driven, innovative media solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify market trends, new technologies, and innovative approaches to enhance media strategies and drive better outcomes.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and media vendors, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Present strategic proposals, media plans, and post-campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, data, and technology specialists, to develop integrated marketing solutions.

Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance data, extracting insights to optimize current and future strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by testing new approaches and refining methodologies based on performance outcomes.
  • Oversee media forecasting, budget allocation, and resource management to maximize efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and manage a team of planners, providing training and guidance to elevate team performance.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the team’s capabilities and keep up with industry trends.
  • Contribute to overall business growth by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency in media planning.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in media planning, with a strong background in both digital and traditional media.
  • Proven expertise in audience research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or other digital platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic buying, tracking platforms, and attribution models is an advantage.
  • Background in managing high-profile accounts or large-scale media campaigns is highly desirable.
