The transformation you will experience.

The Digital Director is responsible for leading and managing the digital operations with five key deliverables:

  1. Be your clients trusted senior digital advertising expert and be the figurehead for everything digital. Holds in depth knowledge across all digital media platforms and can effectively plan these (including specialist channels).
  2. Leads and manages the outputs of the digital team: strategy, thought leadership, planning, implementation, optimization, reporting & billing. You will manage your team to deliver to deadline and with 100 % accuracy.
  3. Trains and mentors the digital team in all areas of digital media planning and buying.
  4. Leads digital planning responses on key briefs and new business. Drives innovation and trialling of new digital media betas and ensures we are leveraging PMX partners.
  5. Supports digital leadership across the wider agency around the areas of people, process, product and commercial.

What type of person will be successful in this role

  • 8 years’ minimum experience in digital media or marketing
  • Must have an excellent grasp of digital media (planning and buying) including specialist channels.
  • Must have experience and working knowledge of digital media platforms e.g. ad servers, DSPs, analytics platforms, brand safety & viewability platforms and audience planning tools, such as Nielsen. 
  • Strong team management and leadership skills. Has proven abilities in mentoring, training and developing high performing teams.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Can confidently present and construct well-substantiated digital media strategies.
