The CERT Process Manager is part of Eviden's Governance Team. This role is responsible for the coordination of Security Processes based on ITSM within services that are delivered by BDS for the Customer. Coordinates the delivery of Security Incident Management, Security Problem Management, Security Event Management processes to Customer. Supports the Client Manager and the Service Delivery Manager in service management tasks.

CERT Process Manager is a multi-process role with the primary sub-role we are looking for: Security Incident Manager.

Security Incident Manager is accountable to actively participate in the delivery BDS CERT Security Incident Management process for the execution of contractual account P1 and P2’s and thus support the delivery of end-to-end CSIRT service in line with customer and internal SLAs/KPIs to rapidly response to security threat and reducing the business impact.

Working with the NIST and SANS incident response frameworks, the Situation Manager will either:

  • Be accountable for the management of contractual in scope incidents within the Security Incident Management process for multiple accounts.
  • Manage a team of Cyber Security Services delivering the Security Incident Management process to specific account.

This will involve working closely with both the local and global delivery units and account service teams if contractually agreed.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manages the Security Incidents of the highest-level in compliance with the defined scope. Other priorities are managed by Security Manager. CSIRT provides Security Incident Response
  • Ensures appropriate communication via Management Status Reports to the defined internal stakeholders and Eviden Senior Management
  • Establishes and coordinates the technical conference calls where the technical experts and teams work to provide a swift resolution
  • Documents of the sequence of actions and other information provided through the technical calls for further internal reporting requirements
  • Establishes and coordinates the management conference calls as an additional channel of communication dedicated to the Eviden Management
  • Can support the external communication only with the Security Manager authorization and supervision. The support could be delivered by setting and coordinating the Customer management call or sending email updates
  • Performs hierarchical and functional escalations in order to expedite the incident resolution
  • Prepares the Final Management report with the recommendations related to the process part

What we expect from an ideal candidate:

  • Relationships: you are capable of building long-term relationships with internal colleagues
  • Technology: you are broadly skilled in information and communications technology (not at technical level but you need to be able to upskill/learn swiftly). Knowledge/experience in Cybersecurity area is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), with experience interacting with all levels of mgmt both within Company and Customer organizations
  • Autonomy: you are able to work independently and take decisions where necessary with minimum support
  • Engagement: you are able to secure a successful delivery against commitments and deadlines
  • Quality: you understand and you can promotes and support standardization and continuous improvement
  • Certified: ITSM oriented (ITIL or other similar framework), Project Mgmt
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in IT environment on a customer facing position.
