概要:

S&Pグローバル・マーケット・インテリジェンス 2025年夏季インターンシップ・プログラムは、S&Pグローバルの6つの部門のうちの1つであるS&Pグローバル・マーケット・インテリジェンスにより2025年7月28日から2週間にわたって実施されるプログラムです。顧客対応や金融情報業界に関心がある大学3年生以上の学生を募集しています。

役割:

世界117カ所にある当社拠点の一つである東京にて、17,000人から構成される大組織の一員として業務を遂行していただきます。S&Pグローバルは、金融情報サービスにおける世界有数のプロバイダーです。 当社の専門家チームは、比類のない洞察力と最先端のデータとテクノロジーソリューションを提供し、お客様と協力しながら、お客様が視野を広げ、確信に基づいて行動し、信念を持って意思決定ができるようサポートしています。

所属チーム:

カスタマーサービス、セールス及びリレーションシップマネジメント、カスタマーサクセス、チャンネルソリューションズアーキテクトなど、複数のチームで経験を積んでいただきます。この期間中に、各部門の当社製品への知識、専門的なコミュニケーション能力などを習得することができます。

メリット:

• 2025年7月28日開始、2週間の夏季インターン
• 東京を拠点とする様々なS&Pグローバル・マーケット・インテリジェンスチームとのネットワーキングを通して弊社のカルチャーについて学んで頂けます。
• 金融データ業界、顧客、製品、ソリューションについて学べる機会: 当社は1500以上のデータセットと何兆もの金融取引情報をデータベースに掲載しています。
• プログラムを通じて当社業務がご自分の関心・志向に合うと実感された場合、2026年1月もしくは2026年7月に実施されるS&Pグローバル・マーケット・インテリジェンス・アソシエイト育成プログラムにご応募いただけます。

職務内容:

• S&Pグローバル・マーケット・インテリジェンス内のチーム複数におけるダイナミックなプログラムを通じ、幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。
• 各チームにて、それぞれ社内での役割に特化した業務を体験します。
• プルダクトデモを日本語と英語で体験
• カスタマーフェーシングロールで使うプロダクトなどを体験
• 社内のミーティングをシャドイングしその他のリージョンのチームと連携
• 得た知識を元にインサイトを提供し、創造力を発揮しワークフロー改善の提案を期待しています。

応募対象となる方、歓迎するスキルなど:

• 大学3年生以上（必須）
• 2025年7月28日から2週間の夏季インターンシップにオンサイトで参加可能
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力および高度な英語力（会話・筆記）
• 金融/経済/会計/関連分野を勉強中の方
• 旺盛な知的好奇と学習意欲
• 金融業界の顧客サービス・業務への関心
• 高いコミュニケーション能力、協調性、対人関係能力
• 前向きな姿勢、柔軟性、積極性・やる気を持ち、チームの一員として業務を遂行できるスキル
• Microsoft Office製品（Excel、Word、Outlook、Teams）の習熟
