Sr. Assistant, Commercial Admin Support with German language skills (temporary role)

Job Purpose

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Administration Support Services Team: Supporting Key Account Management, performing contract related activities and monitoring account performances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Key Accounts in the preparation of contracts by providing data and ensuring compliance with CCEP DE guidelines
  • Support Key Accounts, by managing regular and ad hoc queries and direct customer support activities
  • Perform maintenance and error correction in accordance with the terms of contracts with the mainly focus on pricing
  • Participate in Key Account meetings
  • Taking part in projects
  • Perform posting and settlement processes
  • Monitor account performances and customer compliance to contracts
  • Coordinate with Finance team to support invoicing for the account

Experience required

  • Experience in the Coke system would be an advantage

Education & Qualifications required

  • Completed business management training or experience in a commercial or back office area
