Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Administration Support Services Team: Supporting Key Account Management, performing contract related activities and monitoring account performances.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Key Accounts in the preparation of contracts by providing data and ensuring compliance with CCEP DE guidelines
- Support Key Accounts, by managing regular and ad hoc queries and direct customer support activities
- Perform maintenance and error correction in accordance with the terms of contracts with the mainly focus on pricing
- Participate in Key Account meetings
- Taking part in projects
- Perform posting and settlement processes
- Monitor account performances and customer compliance to contracts
- Coordinate with Finance team to support invoicing for the account
Experience required
- Experience in the Coke system would be an advantage
Education & Qualifications required
- Completed business management training or experience in a commercial or back office area
