This individual is leading efforts to attract top-quality wealth managers and their teams from across the U.S. to grow our business. Citizens Private Wealth presently manages and advises on over $20 Billion in assets, offering a wide scope of services, expertise, and research, while intimately focusing on each client’s unique circumstances. We are looking for talented individuals with a demonstrated track record of delivering a gold glove level of experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty to join this specialized team.
As a Private Wealth Management - Transitions Operations Specialist at Citizens Private Wealth, you will be a crucial part in the onboarding of newly recruited Wealth Advisor(s) teams. The individual manages the detailed end to end transition of the new colleagues and their books of business, operating with both speed and attention to detail. The operations specialist understands the overall process, as well as the individual steps, and can problem solve to address unique needs of a particular team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the success of the team.
