Description for Internal Candidates 

The Business Analyst is responsible for:

• Support and analyze HR Administrative processes end to end;
• Analyze requested changes for HR/PY processes and define solutions;
• Document process changes to our processes, workbooks, user guides, job aids;
• Update/Implement all changes required to processes and/or HR systems;
• Define and implement requirements for service center tools (e.g. SNOW) in collaboration with our client;
• Prepare and execute test scenarios depending on type of changes;
• Work closely with all impacted parties;

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 upwards);
• At least 1 year experience within Conduent;
• Competency in Microsoft, including Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Knowledge/Experience of HR Admin processes and HRS tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday or others);
• Analytical, detail oriented, critical and problem-solving thinking;
• Strategic thinking and ability to learn quickly and easily to embrace and adapt to change;
• Demonstrated innovation and improvement initiative;
• Good time management and prioritization skills;
• Good interpersonal communication skills (networking, conflict solving, negotiation).
