Position Overview

Autodesk is hiring a Senior Manager, Enterprise Account-Based Marketing. You will lead a team of Account-Based marketers focused on the development and measurement of tailored high-touch account-based marketing programs in collaboration with the Named Accounts sales teams.

Responsibilities

Management:

  • Manage a team of 5 account-based marketers
  • Coach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management
  • Ensure that the team's marketing programs are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines
  • Ensure that the team has focus on the buyer's journey and deploying the right account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right engagement at the right time
  • Help to guide the strategy for Named Accounts ABM
  • Ensure that the team is supported as they develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans for accounts focused on expanding business and ensuring customer use and adoption

Collaboration and Interface:

  • Primary liaison with the Named Accounts sales leaders
  • Engage with the sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and improve the impact of marketing activities
  • Collaborate with Industry Marketing, Marketing Systems & Services partners to ensure execution of account-based campaigns to targeted accounts, and 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing tactics to select focus accounts

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain an accurate and actionable understanding of campaign results concerning target accounts
  • Review and provide overall analysis of account-based campaigns
  • Ensure that each marketer is tracking and measuring individual campaign results

Budget and Revenue Accountability :

  • Work with internal marketing, sales, and customer success partners to ensure requirements for development deployment of campaigns are secured
  • Manage team budget allocation, tracking of actuals, and reporting
  • Monitor the delivery and execution of plans, and measure the effectiveness of resource allocation, efficiency and Return on investment to inform any adjustments

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience managing and leading a team
  • 8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc.
  • Experience in the design, manufacturing, media and entertainment production design, architecture, engineering, and construction industries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Is passionate about customer outcomes
  • Excel at team leadership, individual development, and collaborating with colleagues and partners
  • Experience with successful results and contribution of the team
  • Modern marketer; knowledgeable and experienced at using a mix of tactics, tools, and methodologies to deliver the right message
  • Estimated 20% travel required

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $127,000 and $205,480. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
