Position Purpose:
The Senior Marketing Analyst leads the design and implementation of the Home Depot’s retail media marketing strategy. In this position, you will analyze marketing data as well as other offline data to evaluate performance (capacity, customer experience, fall out points, etc.). You will collaborate with various departments to design and execute a fact-based continuous improvement / channel growth strategy. The Senior Marketing Analyst works with the other analysts to analyze online data using various analytical tools to uncover trends and provide insight that will maximize online marketing efforts, as well as overall business objectives. You will lead research to business trends and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for media enhancements and new digital marketing campaigns along with presenting key narratives including but not limited to weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. You will analyze and understand the key drivers of performance related to online objectives. You will analyze and provide insight on onsite and offsite traffic and conversion.
