We are looking for a Strategic Senior Manager with full spectrum experience in HR.
Accountabilities, Deliverables and Challenges
Managing HR Operations in the organization
Experience in managing Compensation and Benefits
Sound knowledge of employment/labour laws in Sri Lanka
Experience in aligning and building HR practices and processes that are consistent with global
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines and work with employees at all levels in the
Ability to manage and develop Talent
Manages key organizational programs including employee engagement, performance
management talent management and compliance
Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis,
appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers
Education, Qualifications and background
Degree in HR and/or Professional Qualification in HR with preferably over 10 years of experience
in the HR domain with at least 8 years at a managerial level.
Previous experience as a HR Business Partner will be an added advantage.
Experience working in a Software Development company will also be an added advantage.
