Job Description:

The product marketing team is looking for a well-rounded marketer to support our existing health solutions marketing programs. This individual will be responsible for researching customer accounts, understanding customer use cases, and aligning cross-functional partners to create relevant, impactful content to drive engagement and retention across existing partnerships and programs.


  • Develop and execute strategies and programs to increase user acquisition, retention, usage and advocacy.
  • Use data to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that increase engagement, retention and revenue.
  • Develop, manage and optimize communication touchpoints designed to increase engagement and LTV.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales and customer success teams to manage lifecycle marketing programs for named accounts.
  • Develop and track customer engagement and retention-related goals and KPIs
  • Work with the creative team and external agencies to develop assets to support the full complement of Fitbit Health Solutions products and communications.
  • Assist with product launches, including Health Solutions products and services as well as translating consumer products benefits for the corporate audience. Help train internal sales and support teams.
  • Participate in live demos or webinars and assist with strategic customer presentations.


  • 2-5 years of experience in software of hardware product/solution marketing. B2B experience preferred, agency experience a plus.
  • Outstanding follow-through, self-starting attitude, time management, and project management skills to deliver results
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with remote teams a plus
