About the team

TikTok LIVE team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors. It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a ""new infrastructure"" for the expansion of ecological boundaries. We are looking for aspiring Talent Acquisition Partners to join us and build the next highland of the future! The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our TikTok LIVE team, bringing in the industry & technology experts to power the new business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
  • Drive full-cycle technical recruitment for engineering roles.
  • Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with regional and global hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies using a data-driven approach.
  • Identify, attract, negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates, continuously deliver high-quality candidates, and fulfill the hiring goal.
  • Ensure a high-touch and positive candidate experience.
  • Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English or Mandarin, is preferred to communicate with external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • A results-oriented self-starter who is data-driven, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
  • Experience and/or willingness to partner with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experience.
