We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end ICI (Icertis Contract Intelligence) implementations, while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional value and solutions that exceed their expectations.

Your key responsibilities would include:

• 1. Value Orientation & Consulting:
• Drive a value-oriented approach throughout the implementation process, ensuring that each step delivers tangible benefits to the customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing your expert guidance and insight to help them achieve their business objectives. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
• 2. Solution Designing:
• Lead the design and development of comprehensive solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Apply a solution mindset and innovative approach to address digital transformation needs effectively.
• 3. Being a Subject Matter Expert (SME):
• Possess hands-on expertise in product configuration, domain knowledge, and understanding of customer business requirements.
• Understanding of CLM, contract intelligence, SCM applications preferred.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to digital transformation.
• 4. Customer Management & Rapport Building:
• Develop strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the implementation process.
• Demonstrate assertiveness and effective communication skills in managing customers’ expectations and addressing concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• 5. Application Design & Solution Development:
• Lead the design and development of custom applications and solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and creativity.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of solutions.
• Embrace a startup mindset and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred.
• Experience working in SAAS organization and have at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations on global projects. Must have hands on experience in designing cloud-based solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in package solution consulting, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.
• Strong proficiency in solution design, with the ability to architect complex systems that meet customer requirements.
• Hands-on experience with product configuration, application design, and solution development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
