What you'll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - SAP Sustainability Product Marketing Foundational Content Support

Role: Update, develop and publish foundational content across digital channels to drive customers’ sustainability journeys from brand to demand to adoption 

Location: New York City - Hudson Yards office (Hybrid model) 

Expected start date to end date: April 2024 - October 2024 (6 month internship with potential extension)

  • Under the guidance of a manager, work as a shared resource with the Sustainability Product Marketing topic leads for holistic steering and reporting, climate action, circular economy, and social responsibility, as well as the lead for SAP.com/sustainability, plus digital experts in the Sustainability Integrated Demand Team.
  • Update, develop and project manage the publishing of foundational sustainability content for SAP’s always-on tactics that drive customer engagement and conversions throughout the customer journey delivered via our primary organic channels.
  • The foundational content will span early awareness (e.g. “what is” content, featured articles), overview (e.g. SAP differentiators, customer reference stories, analyst reports, executive blogs), features (e.g. solution capabilities, demo videos, customer quotes), industry specific content, “get-started” content, and “learn more” resources.

  • Educational requirement: currently a student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role: Fluent in English. Skilled with MS Office suite. Clear and concise writer. Knowledgeable and passionate about SAP’s purpose and sustainability commitments and offerings.
  • Required qualifications for the role: Organized and structured. Works with integrity. Accountable for deliverables. Kind, respectful, and thoughtful communicator. Inspired to be part of accelerating solutions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Helpful qualifications: Experience with innovation, design thinking, or advocacy for technology as a force for good would be helpful.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
