About the role

We are looking for a driven Mid & Long Creator Operations Specialist to support the Creator team in daily operations, planning, and strategy execution. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the Creator ecosystem by developing and managing incentive programs, designing acquisition strategies, and fostering incubation initiatives to drive creator success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and create actionable campaigns that empower creators at all stages of their journey.

Responsibilities

1. Creator Performance Growth

  • Design and implement incentive mechanics to drive creator performance growth and ensure a consistent supply of quality content in livestream and short video formats.
  • Oversee creator incentive programs, ensuring rewards align with task completion and performance milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to allocate necessary resources and support creators in achieving performance targets.

2. Creator Incubation and Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute creator incubation strategies to nurture emerging creators and maximize their performance potential.
  • Plan and implement acquisition campaigns to onboard new creators, focusing on building a sustainable and diverse creator ecosystem.
  • Partner with marketing and category teams to ensure seamless integration of acquisition and incubation campaigns with broader platform goals.

3. Data Tracking and Analysis

  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs, incubation initiatives, and acquisition campaigns.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the creator ecosystem.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to optimize creator performance and growth.

4. Creator Education & Engagement

  • Plan and execute Creator Webinars and Offline Trainings to educate and upskill creators on best practices, platform updates, and monetization strategies.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer by creating structured training materials and hosting interactive learning sessions.
  • Foster strong relationships with creators by addressing concerns, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms, creator management, marketing campaigns, or business analytics with relevant experience in e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with creators and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to an audience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in creator acquisition and incubation strategies, including traffic resource allocation, livestream, and short video strategies.
  • Proficiency in performance tracking tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in planning and executing training programs, webinars, or workshops.
