The ITS Director oversees daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, planning, and team management. They develop new programs, secure funding, and manage interpreter and translator training. The role includes strategic planning, community engagement, and building relationships with stakeholders. The ITS Director ensures financial sustainability, assesses contractors' performance, and provides excellent customer service. They also act as a backup for other departmental roles.
