Licensed for 582 beds, the network features over 25 locations across Tarrant County, with John Peter Smith Hospital a Level I Trauma Center, Tarrant County's only psychiatric emergency center, and the largest hospital-based family medical residency program in the nation. Acclaim Multispecialty Group is the medical practice group featuring over 300 providers serving JPS Health Network. Specialties range from primary care to general surgery and trauma. Job Description:
Job Summary: The Manager Talent Programs will lead the strategic and tactical execution of employee engagement initiatives, including employee survey and after-action planning, employee events, performance management and succession planning. This role will be pivotal in helping leaders to foster a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and ensuring robust talent management practices across the network. The Manager will work closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners and department leaders to align talent programs with organizational goals, while overseeing the execution of these programs at a detailed level.
