Summary of the Role
As the Transformation Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the execution of critical initiatives and deploying effective working methods across teams. You’ll support the design and implementation of the Digital & Transformation Services (DTS) operating model, processes and solutions, transformation governance, acting as a catalyst for change in agile practices, while overseeing cross-value stream transformation. You will provide reference knowledge in project management, improving operational efficiency, business and digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing and implementing DTS operating model, processes (demand management, capacity management, delivery management, portfolio management etc.) and solutions, transformation governance.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and governance mechanisms for consistent workflow.
- Lead agile transformation acting as a catalyst for change.
- Collaborate with the main stakeholders to ensure clear definition of scope, requirements, deliverables and acceptance criteria; participate in requirements/ process definition when required.
- Create project plan aligned with various teams and stakeholders involved.
- Manage the delivery, risks and issues collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
- Manage and improve capacity planning.
- Develop and maintain the project methodology, library, filing, recording, and reporting systems.
- Develop and support effective communication mechanisms among the teams and stakeholders.
- Set up and maintain systems for tracking and recording projects delivery at organization or project level (JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.), produce project reports
- Use structured logic and methods to solve problems. Propose effective solutions based on own/team's ideas and feedback.
About the Ideal Candidate
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
- MBA or Executive MBA is highly valued.
- Preferably with experience acquired in a management consulting firm.
- Solid experience in business and digital transformation (process reengineering and automation, operational efficiency, operating model changes etc.) in complex organizations (geographically distributed, many businesses).
- Proficient at both transversal/governance and project levels.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies framework (SAFE, Scrum) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written); another language is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker translating intents into actionable digitalization roadmaps.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex information to a wide range of audiences.
- Collaborative mindset, driving results in alignment with expected value.
