You Offer

  • Proven track record of relevant experience in a client acquisition and management of wealth for clients
  • 5  years or more of experience required in the client facing role within Private Banking
  • Strong financial product and technical competence
  • First class presentation and communication skills; able to listen, guide and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive and motivation to work in a target driven and high performance culture
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities
  • Highest professional work ethic and standards, decisiveness, innovative thinking and ability to cope under pressure
  • High level of professional and personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
  • Fluency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for Russian market
