You will be the Optical Pattern Operator in the Optical Components Center. The Optical Components Center does ultra-precision machining and additive manufacturing to the development and production of complex optical components and sophisticated electronic systems, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) utilizes the latest capabilities in manufacturing to produce some of the world's most advanced weapon and sensor technology.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment or with production equipment/test machinery.
Experience with semiconductors, wet/dry chemical processing, or wafer fabrication/inspection.
The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, process plans and flow diagrams is required.
The ability to work in a 1k cleanroom and wear cleanroom attire for extended periods is required.
The ability to work with hazardous chemicals is required.
Basic computer skills are required.
Visual Acuity to correctable 20/20 is required.
Due to facility requirements, all candidates must be U.S. Citizens
Must be able to work on 1st, 2nd or weekend shifts as defined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Experience with photolithography or metal deposition for EMI shielding applications.
Experience with baking, coating, etching or developing optical patterned parts.
Experience handling, inspecting, and cleaning optical elements.
Clearance Level: None

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
