Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Consulting Engagement Director- Capital Markets!

In this role, you will be the engagement lead for either a single large account or multiple smaller accounts. You will be responsible to drive delivery excellence on the project/s and pursue new business development opportunities. Driving delivery excellence includes managing budgets, quality of deliverables and leading cross functional teams. You will also help sell within the account and build strong business relationships. Through successful delivery you will become a trusted business advisor to the client and find new opportunities to upsell / renew etc.

Responsibilities

  • Leading multi-competency engagement/s and hold overall accountability for the delivery of the defined solution/ offering.
  • Identifying the project structure & composition for the delivery by creating the best-fit staffing model and ensuring the right delivery team is mobilized.
  • Providing quality delivery against scope with uninterrupted client experience and maintaining billed utilization targets, project margin.
  • Mentoring multi-disciplinary project teams and triaging with both internal Genpact stakeholders as well as clients.
  • Developing points-of-view, solution offerings and shaping advisory offerings based on client needs and leveraging knowledge of emerging technology, industry trends and research & analytics.
  • Working closely with the Data-Tech-AI Partner and the client sales team led by the Lead Client Partner to win work within the account (upsell /extensions find new opportunities Developing client proposals and participate in the presales process including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, POC management, bid management, price management and overall deal solutioning.
  • Contributing to our Capital Markets domain expertise and knowledge base through the development of thought leadership and new offerings.
  • Analyzing industry trends (technology and business driven) and data to communicate the strategic implications to our domain and service line teams.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Relevant experience in consulting in an enterprise architecture, digital advisory, or technology delivery environment. Expert level knowledge in SDLC, agile/waterfall, and consulting delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in industry domain areas of Capital Markets.
  • Domain expertise at a proficient level in one or more technology competency areas.
  • Strategic orientation and analytical & problem-solving mind-set to spot issues ahead of time and work creatively in a time-limited environment.
  • Growth mindset with a strong commercial acumen. Client centric and capabilities to build deep, credible relationships at C level.
  • Presentational and communication skills and able to articulate complex technical/ non-technical ideas to a variety of stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to influence across hierarchies and collaborate seamlessly within a matrixed organization. Ability to lead and motivate multi-functional teams.
