We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the governance of Product Master Data, streamline Product Onboarding, and enhance our Product Information Management (PIM) initiatives. You will establish robust data governance policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and seamless integrations across retail channels. Your role involves designing efficient onboarding processes and collaborating with vendors, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data ingestion and integration with ERP, e-commerce, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce standards for Product Master Data ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Optimize product onboarding processes; work with external and internal teams to integrate systems effectively
• Elevate product information by enriching descriptions, images, and specifications to support superior customer experiences
• Define KPIs, conduct regular data audits, and drive continuous system improvements to ensure scalability
• Build compelling business cases to justify data transformation investments and drive innovation

Requirements

• Proven experience of 12-16 years in managing data transformation projects within the retail industry
• Strong technical acumen with a background in data governance
• Analytical skills to evaluate data integrity and performance metrics
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across various teams
• Proficiency in data management systems and integration tools
• Leadership experience in driving product management initiatives
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
