Operational and Administrative Support
- Manage the SVP’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary liaison for communications, ensuring clear and timely responses.
Data Management and Reporting
- Develop and maintain Excel-based tools to track key performance indicators and generate actionable insights.
- Create and manage complex data sets, utilizing pivot tables, formulas, and visualizations.
- Produce reports and dashboards to assist in decision-making for Sales and Marketing strategies.
Project and Initiative Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of Sales and Marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and key milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, monitor progress, and provide status updates to the SVP.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Draft, proofread, and edit communications, reports, and presentations with a high level of professionalism.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, helping prioritize tasks and streamline workflows.
Process Improvement and Organization
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and implement solutions.
- Maintain organized records, ensuring confidentiality and easy accessibility of critical documents.
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and other operational needs for the SVP.
