The role of Product Leader, Core Infrastructure is to lead and direct the strategic direction and growth of our Core Infrastructure product portfolio. A leader with a proven track record of building and launching core infrastructure solutions. This role defines the product vision, leads cross-functional product and engineering teams, and drive adoption of the products produced. 

Responsabilidades

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage a team of Solution Architects and DevOps Engineers, providing mentorship and guidance. 
  • Partner with Infrastructure Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. 
  • Advocate for customer needs within the product development process. 
  • Develop strong relationships with key technology partners in the cloud ecosystem. 
  • Work with customers to understand their enterprise cloud needs and translate them into actionable items. 
  • Lead implementations of any security systems and frameworks, to deliver the on premise elements of Citadel program – SASE-based Zero Trust. 
  • Collaborate with security operations teams to ensure ongoing monitoring and incident response. 
  • Design and implement cloud architectures that leverage automation tools (e.g., Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines) to streamline deployments and increase efficiency. 
  • Partner with development teams to integrate DevOps principles into the core infrastructure deployment process. 
  • Implement infrastructure monitoring and logging solutions for proactive performance management. 

Competências e Experiência desejadas

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 10+ years of experience in product leadership, preferably within the infrastructure space. 
  • 15+ years operational engineering or support experience providing solutions and support with Network and firewall equipment in an on-premise and/or cloud environment (AWS/Azure) 
  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure technologies (e.g., Physical and virtual Infrastructures, hypervisors, networking, security). 
  • Experience with Configuration Management, Agile, DevOps practices. 
  • Foundational understanding of modern security-based Tiered Access controls and implementation approaches on Identity-based Zero Trust principles and architectures 
  • Strong understanding of IT security topics and standards (NIST, ISO, etc.) 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments. 
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making 
  • Proven track record of launching successful infrastructure products and driving market adoption. 
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team. 
  • Passion for learning and staying current with the latest technology advancements.
