- Process daily outsource cheque & bank transfer for individual claim payment via online banking service for 2 insurance entity NHI & AIG. - Process any claim payment related transaction to bank i.e. void cheque, free format for any instruction change via online banking service etc. - Liaison with bank for any inquiry or request on outsources cheque from claim department. - Prepare journal voucher for any GL adjustment transaction related to claim payment. - Control and process un-presented outsource cheque over 1 year and handle related accounting record to in line with OIC regulation. - Control and follow-up original Tax Invoice for vendor payment and garage and hospital on claim payment for further claim VAT from Revenue Dept. - Summarized all output VAT to GL team for further submit VAT form (Por.Por .30) to Revenue Dept. - Prepare and reconcile VAT register as Revenue Dept. regulation. - Handle account reconciliations in Blackline which related to claim payment i.e. 13005600 VAT Receivable Claim for 2 entities. - Prepare report and process to write off expiry Tax Invoice as Revenue Dept. regulation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting - Minimum 3 years experience Finance or Accounting - Good command of English - Tax Knowledge - Able to use MS Office Program i.e. excel, word, power point and internet.
