Responsibilities

The role of the Provider Recruiter is to work both proactively and in response to issues identified by key stakeholders to best meet the goals of Norton Healthcare and the needs of its employees. Responsibilities are to source and present qualified providers for potential employment within the Norton Healthcare system. These responsibilities are to be carried out in compliance with Norton Healthcare's standards and in accordance with all state and federal laws.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Three years recruiting or nursing
  • Bachelor Degree
