The IQS Reporting Applications Developer is responsible for all programming aspects (including testing, documentation, training and support) of all assigned Standard Reporting Systems and Tools. Using their highly technical programming skills, they will develop state of the art programming solutions across multiple therapeutic/disease areas and all phases of development from first in man through to post-marketing, and offer consulting, training, and mentoring across CSUs/franchises.

1. In collaboration with Application Managers, the Application Developers are responsible for driving Standard Reporting Systems and Tools programming and validation activities using cutting-edge solutions to facilitate and automatize the reporting of non-clinical and clinical trial data aligned with regulatory requirements and leading industry standards.
2. Accountable to the IQS Global Head, Standard Reporting Tools & System for the operational integrity, delivery, quality, compliance and timeliness of all assigned Statistical Reporting Systems and Tools programming activities.
3. Assume the role of subject matter expert (SME) on all assigned Standard Reporting Systems and Tools liaising with the clinical project Statistical Programmers to ensure clear understanding of specifications and user reqirements.
4. Ensure that documents and specifications are consistent and comply with company standards.
5. Mentor/Coach/Train Standard Reporting Systems and Tools junior developers and CSU/Franchises programmers on usage of assigned Standard Reporting Systems and Tools and process; acts as a lead programming expert for problem-solving in programming/validating aspects across the Standard Reporting tool Portfolio.
6. Collaborate with programming experts within and outside of IQS to create cutting edge/state-of-the-art programming solutions.
7. As required, act as a programmer representative on major process improvement initiatives and/or other non-clinical project activities.
8. Maintain up-to-date advanced knowledge of programming software (e.g., SAS/,VBA, UNIX Shell). Indudstry Standards (eg CDISC) and IT Development Framework (eg SCRUM)
