2. 建立并领导跨职能项目团队。设定明确的期望，分配任务，并确保团队成员的积极性和生产力。
3. 有效地分配和管理项目资源。监控资源利用率并根据需要进行调整。
4. 识别项目风险并制定缓解计划。主动解决问题，确保项目顺利进行。
