Support the hotel’s digital content strategy and manages all property social media channels, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement. Ensures the hotel’s web and Mobile App presence is aligned with the Hotel’s positioning and business objectives and where possible links to other FS content channels. Works closely with the F&B and Spa teams to develop promotional and marketing activities and calendars to feed relevant owned channels so as to stimulate revenue opportunities. Able to forge alliances and maintain positive cooperative working relationship with other departments. Manage the acquisition and maintenance of the Hotel email database Work with PRD to develop content and manage deployment of the e-newsletter programme and EDM’s for Hotel ensuring regular timely distribution to appropriate and relevant guest channels Assist PRD in the build out and maintenance of the website, creating content to support marketing strategies Manage and ensure up-to-date information for Hotel on Preferred Partner, Vrituoso, AMEX, FHR, Chambers & Forbes, etc.

Social Media (to support Marketing Executive in Social Media messaging and distribution)
Leverage social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, elevating the importance of strategic and creative communication Illustrate the power and resulting impact of improved social currency through effective monitoring and evaluation tools Optimize, Monitor and Measure Leverage regional monitoring tools as available
